Key Features

World-Class Spectrum Performance and Features

Ceyear 4052 offers excellent measurement dynamic range, phase noise performance, amplitude accuracy, and test speed.

  • Ultra-Wide Frequency Coverage: The frequency measurement range covers from 2Hz to 50GHz, with eight optional frequency band configurations, meeting test requirements from low frequencies to millimeter waves.
  • Exceptional Displayed Average Noise Level (DANL): The DANL is as low as -154dBm/Hz at 1GHz. With the preamplifier option, it can reach -167dBm/Hz, and with the noise cancellation function enabled, it can achieve -170dBm/Hz (all typical values).
  • Outstanding Phase Noise Performance: The instrument delivers exceptional phase noise performance, meeting users' most demanding requirements in communication signal measurements. At a 1GHz carrier and 10kHz offset, the phase noise is better than -122dBc/Hz.
  • High-Amplitude Measurement Accuracy: 4052 provides excellent amplitude measurement accuracy, with a typical value better than ±0.4dB for signals below 8GHz.

1.2 GHz Analysis Bandwidth

Ceyear 4052 offers an instantaneous analysis bandwidth of up to 1.2GHz, with six selectable options ranging from 10MHz (standard) to 1.2GHz (optional), meeting the requirements of various testing scenarios.

  • Multiple Analysis Bandwidth Configurations: Six bandwidth configurations are available: 10MHz, 40MHz, 200MHz, 400MHz, 600MHz, and 1.2GHz, enabling flexible setup for applications such as 5G NR and WLAN.
  • Excellent Spur-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR): The spur-free dynamic range is -75dBc at a 200MHz analysis bandwidth, and -65dBc at a 1.2GHz analysis bandwidth.

Comprehensive Wireless Communication Protocol Analysis Capabilities

The mobile communication protocol analysis option of Ceyear 4052 enables fast and intuitive testing of signal characteristics across multiple wireless communication standards, including 5G NR, LTE, NB-IoT, WCDMA, and GSM.

  • 5G NR Signal Analysis: The 5G NR measurement function supports in-band demodulation analysis of both uplink and downlink signals compliant with 3GPP Release 15 and Release 16. It supports both FDD and TDD duplex modes, modulation formats from QPSK to 256QAM, and allows configuration using Test Models or custom parameters. The analyzer provides measurement results such as Error Vector Magnitude (EVM), frequency error, and power for various channels and signals. Multiple display formats are available, including constellation diagrams, error summary tables, and resource allocation views.
  • LTE, NB-IoT, WCDMA, GSM Signal Analysis: When paired with Ceyear's dedicated protocol analysis software, the instrument supports in-band modulation analysis of LTE, LTE-Advanced, NB-IoT, WCDMA, GSM, and EDGE communication signals, delivering measurement results such as EVM, constellation diagrams, and frequency error data.
  • Out-of-Band Characterization of Wireless Signals: For out-of-band measurements, the 4052 offers one-button setup for a wide range of standards and limit lines, enabling efficient execution of measurements such as Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio (ACLR) and Spectrum Emission Mask (SEM).

Powerful Real-Time Spectrum Analysis Functionality

Real-time spectrum analysis is an ideal tool for testing time-varying signals such as burst, agile, and frequency-hopping signals.

  • Burst Signal Capture: The real-time spectrum analysis function supports the detection of transient and burst interference signals, trigger-based capture of transient signal events, and both time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of transient signals.
  • Exceptional Wideband Real-Time Processing Performance: The instrument offers a real-time analysis bandwidth of up to 400 MHz, with a signal capture duration of less than 0.6 μs when achieving 100% spectral intercept. The spectrum processing speed reaches up to 1,950,000 frames per second.

Full-Bandwidth Real-Time Data Recording and Playback

  • Outstanding RF Performance: As an RF signal acquisition and recording front-end, the Ceyear 4052 features a wide dynamic range, low distortion, and high sensitivity. Combined with its powerful analysis capabilities, it enables functions such as searching for, analyzing, and replaying complex signals.
  • Recording and Playback Functionality: The instrument supports signal recording with a bandwidth of up to 1200 MHz. It includes start/stop acquisition capabilities and supports real-time spectrum analysis mode for live preview and analysis during recording.
